Dashboards and Reporting

Understanding Conformii's reporting views and how to use them effectively.

Dashboard Overview

Conformii includes several dashboard views tailored to different user roles.

Compliance Manager Dashboard

The Compliance Manager Dashboard shows:

  • Obligation status summary — on track, due soon, overdue, completed
  • Upcoming deadlines — obligations due in the next 30/60/90 days
  • Overdue items — with owner, days overdue and escalation status
  • Monitoring alerts — unreviewed alerts from the regulatory monitoring feed
  • Recent activity — obligation completions, evidence attachments, user actions
  • Executive Dashboard

The Executive Dashboard provides a high-level view for leadership:

  • Overall compliance health score — percentage of obligations on track
  • Risk heatmap — obligations by risk level and status
  • Trend over time — compliance health over the past 12 months
  • Key upcoming deadlines — highest-risk obligations due soon
  • Obligation Owner View

Obligation owners see only their assigned obligations, organized by due date. The interface is designed to be simple and task-focused — what needs to be done, when and what evidence is required.

    Custom Reports

From the Reports section, Compliance Managers can build custom reports by:

  • Obligation category
  • Jurisdiction
  • Regulatory source
  • Owner
  • Facility or operational area
  • Date range
  • Reports can be exported as PDF or Excel and scheduled for automatic delivery.

    Scheduled Reports
